3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 cups flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
