If you like an orange flavor, but don’t want to spend several minutes grating orange rind, there’s a quicker way: toss the whole orange in the blender. Married with the ubiquitous over-ripe banana or two found on the back counter in some corner of the kitchen, and you’ve got a pretty nice flavor combo.
