Whole Wheat Quick Bread

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups buttermilk or sour milk
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Mix together first six ingredients: flours, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt.  Make a well in the center.  Stir together thoroughly buttermilk, molasses and oil in another bowl and pour into dry ingredients.  Stir just until moistened.  Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350*F for 40-45 minutes.  Turn out of pan and cool enough to cut.  Serve warm with butter.  Tastes great as an accompaniment with baked beans, or baked bean hotdish.
