Krum Kaker (Krumkake) (Oslo)

3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 tsp. cardamom
1/4 cup cold water
3/4 cup wheat flour

Beat eggs well.  Add sugar and beat.  Beat in melted butter, cardamom, water and flour.  Make wafer cookies with krumkake iron griddle.  Heat until drop of water bounces off.  Lightly grease with butter for first couple of cakes.  As each is done, immediately shape into cones. Eat plain, or fill with whipped cream and fruit or berries and serve immediately.
