Mom’s recipe
2 cups water
2 green cardamom pods (illaichi)
1 whole clove (laung)
small piece cinnamon bark (dal cheeni)
pinch fennel seeds (saunf) or about 1/2 tsp
1 cup milk
1 bag regular black tea (eg. Red Rose)
sugar or honey to taste
