Pakora are spicy Indian vegetable fritters. Vegetables are coated in a chickpea (chana) flour and buttermilk batter, made spicy and hot with chilli peppers and garam masala (spice blend), then deep fried. They make great appetizers or snacks. 3 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. turmeric powder
