7 Layer Bars
1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
1 – 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup chocolate chips (small 6oz. pkg)
1 cup butterscotch chips (small 6oz. pkg)
1 cup coconut
1 1/2 cup walnuts
1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk (eg. Eagle brand)
1. Melt butter. Stir in graham cracker crumbs. Press into the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350*F for 5 minutes.
2. Layer half the chocolate chips over the crumb crust.
3. Layer half the butterscotch chips over the chocolate chips.
4. Layer half the coconut over the butterscotch chips.
5. Repeat with the remaining chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and coconut, forming 3 more layers.
6. Top with a layer of walnuts.
7. Drizzle condensed milk over entire dish. Bake at 350*F for 30 minutes.
Alternate: Add in a layer of 1 cup of miniature marshmallows, or substitute for the coconut, or walnuts.
