Banana Blueberry Muffins

Banana Blueberry Muffins
2 cups flour (unbleached, whole wheat or combination)
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup orange juice (substitute other juice or milk)
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 – 2 Tbsp. sour cream
Stir together flour, baking powder and salt. In separate bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. Make well in dry ingredients, pour in wet ingredients, and stir just until moistened and combined. Spoon into greased muffin cups and bake at 350*F about 17 minutes until top springs back when lightly touched.
