Mexican Layer Dip
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup picante or salsa sauce
1 small can refried beans
1 small container guacamole
16 oz. container sour cream
4 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
1 small tomato, chopped
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 small can sliced black olives, drained
Tortilla chips
Mix cream cheese and picante sauce and spread in the bottom of a casserole dish, or on a large plate. Next, layer on refried beans, then guacamole, then sour cream. Sprinkle on grated cheese, tomato, green onions and olives. Serve dip with tortilla chips.
