I was actually afraid the dough would be runnier than it was, since the recipe used a significantly lower proportion of flour to liquid than I am used to. Which lead me to wonder if I'd measured wrong? Oh well. We'll see next time I make it if it turns out the same or not!

I'm onto my second batch with a new recipe. The first batch was so so. It seemed very runny and was hard to work with (it could very well have been "user error"). One of my favorite ways to use the bread so far is for pizza crust. It's so nice to just pull it out, top it, and bake. The next recipe I make will be specially for sandwich bread. I'll look forward to hearing what you think about yours.
